The fee includes 6 practices, 16 practice hours, all meals and lodging, videotape analysis of techniques, discussion sessions, camp T-shirt and personal evaluation of strengths and weaknesses.

Complete the application form and mail it to 4th Down Sports. Payment can be made by check, cashiers check, money order and VISA or MASTERCARD. Send along a check or money order for the full amount of camp fees or the required deposit of $125. Balance of payment due must be made in full prior to June 1. Refunds will be given for medical reasons only. Changes and refunds will result in a $75 administrative fee.

You will receive written confirmation back indicating your acceptance into the camp. If an athlete is unable to attend the camp, the fee may be applied towards a future camp, or used by someone else. Each college camp is restricted to 50 campers with a position allotment limited to the first 35 kickers and 15 punters to register. Prospective campers are encouraged to apply early. Previous camps have been sold out.
