4th Down Sports - College Camps

Bethlehem, PA, and Lehigh University are located 60 miles north of Philadelphia and 90 miles southwest of New York City and can be reached easily by private car or commercial carrier.

Bus service is convenient, with a depot located just two blocks from campus. A.B.E. International Airport, just fifteen minutes away by cab, airport limousine, or Lehigh University shuttle service, is served by a number of major airlines.

From Route 22 Take the Bethlehem Route 378 exit. Route 378 heads only south; continue for 3.6 miles. As you approach the bridge over the Lehigh River, be sure to stay in the right lane. Continue through three traffic lights and proceed up the mountain on Route 378/Wyandotte Street to the second set of yellow blinking lights; turn left onto West 8th Street. West 8th Street becomes University Drive. Follow University Drive to the second stop sign and continue straight. Taylor College is the solid brownish-grey building on the right. Parking is available in front of and directly to the side of the building through the gates.	From Route I-78 Take the Hellertown exit. Turn right onto 412 North. Proceed on Route 412 and stay in the left lane. At the bridge, go straight onto Fourth Street. Follow Fourth Street to Brodhead Avenue. Turn left onto Brodhead Avenue. Proceed on Brodhead Avenue to the stop sign; continue straight. Take the first left after the stop sign onto Memorial Drive West. Follow Memorial Drive West to the stop sign. Turn right onto University Drive and stay to the right; continue up the hill to the stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign (still University Drive) and proceed to the next stop sign. Taylor College is the solid brownish-grey building on the right. Parking is available in front of and directly to the side of the building through the gates.	From the South Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike north to exit 44 (Quakertown). Turn left onto Route 663. Follow for 3.5 miles. Turn left onto Route 309 in Quakertown. Continue North on Route 309 to Center Valley. Turn right onto Route 378 north towards Bethlehem. Follow Route 378 over South Mountain for 5.5 miles to the first set of yellow blinking lights, turn right onto West 8th Street. West 8th Street becomes University Drive. Follow University Drive to the stop sign. Taylor College is the solid brownish-grey building on the right. Parking is available in front of and directly to the side of the building through the gates.

Each athlete is responsible for their own transportation to the camp. Camp locations are easily accessible via car, airplane, bus and train. Complimentary transportation the camp site form and to the public transportation systems will be provided by the camp. Advance notification of the athletes transportation plans is required.
